- Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is charged for the doctor’s professional time, medical assessment, and treatment advice. - Refund Policy
Once an online consultation has been completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
No refund will be provided after medicines have been prescribed or consultation has been completed. - Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation.
Eligible cancellations may be rescheduled based on availability. - Rescheduling
One free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 12 hours in advance.
Further changes will be at the discretion of Aarogyam Homoeocare. - Technical Issues
If the consultation cannot be completed due to technical problems from our side, we will provide a new appointment at no extra charge.
Issues related to the patient’s internet connection or device may require rescheduling. - Medicines
